Case Study: 

You have been designated by your manager to perform a case study by having an initial interview with a client in regards to their network and computer upgrades. 

Below are the tasks you need to accomplish. 

Part 1: Identify Key Information Sources:

Developed at least 5 closed and open questions that you'll be asking the client to identify key repositories of the organisation. Evaluate available information against project requirements. Based on evaluation, you may need to identify additional sources of information.

Part 2 - Gather Data:

Ask the client to answer the series of closes/open questions (That asked in PART 1) to gather data regarding the operation of the business and record the appropriate answer on the table below. Review current organisational documentation and identify data required for project. Prepare a list of critical business factors.

Part 3 - Create Data Analysis and Review 

After completing Part A and Part B, analyse data which clearly define business priorities and write a recommendation on what needs to be done on the client network. 

The recommendation should include the following: 

1. Introduction
2. Statement of the problem
3. Objectives
4. Alternative options- by developing DFD and ER diagrams
5. Conclusion
