The goal of the present document is to serve as a template for your social entrepreneurship project with a view to incorporating all the aspects seen throughout the module.

It constitutes therefore a synthetic compendium of the contents generated with the tools cited, presented on a text-version, reader-friendly format very adequate for the founding team members to identify their own strengths and areas for improvement as well as the relations with the rest of the stakeholders, and plan their actions accordingly.

Along the same lines, it allows the other stakeholders to fully understand the different possibilities available to participate in the project, in view of maximizing everybody's contribution towards the project's objectives.

Objectives

The objectives to be achieved with this resource are:

Identify the key elements of a social entrepreneurship project.

Define a prototype of your project that you can test during the program.

Reflect on your personal goals for the upcoming months.

The first step to create our sports social enterprise or to consult for an existing one is to identify a problem. We have to deepen into the problem until we get to its root. The more local and well defined the problem, the more quality of ideas we will get.

Once we have identified the problem we want to tackle, we need to chose the best tool to solve the problem. Research becomes a key element of this first stage (conducting surveys, interviews, requesting feedback...).

We have selected our best solution to the problem, it is now time to polish it in the shape of a project.
