The purpose of this homework is for students to demonstrate a sound understanding of the organizational development and change management theories, via the ability to properly research and effectively applying that understanding to a practical change management scenario

Instructions:

In this assessment students are required to choose an organization in the hospitality sector (travel agency, airliner, hotel, restaurant, etc.) that would benefit from an Organizational Development Intervention (change). (Please note that Organizational Transformation is not suitable for this assessment task)

Throughout your analysis and practical application, you will need to apply theories of Organizational Development and Change Management (ODC) to construct a context for a possible ODC Intervention.
