Tim is a 42 year old male who works in the Community Sector as a Case Manager. He recently separated from his wife, moving out of the family home they shared with their three children. Tim works long hours, often sending emails or answering emails well into the night. Recently Tim has become withdrawn from his colleagues, some of them mentioning that Tim is becoming increasingly annoyed with "small things" and is also becoming abrupt and slightly aggressive in the way he communicates to people, including his clients.
