You need to include the spiritual and emotional beliefs and values of the patient/family. This may be:

  • mental capacity
  • personality

Discuss the communication and relationship management skills nurses can use to facilitate patient wellbeing in relation to these.

Identify the factors that may also influence a sustainable wellbeing!

Identify the influences of social wellbeing to this patient/family.

You need to include the social effects to the patient/family. This may be:
