A patient has left a voicemail recording over the weekend. You arrive on Monday morning and are the first person in the office. Listen to the voicemail recording.

Transcript for the voicemail message: Hello, this is Louise, my tooth hurts and it has hurt all weekend. I do not know who to call on the weekend and I want you to call me back as soon as you can. I was there the other day and your hygienist told me everything looked good. I think that she was the one who made this problem. Nothing hurt before I was there, and I think that she also loosened a filling, it feels like something is moving when I eat on the right side. I hope that I will not have to pay for this! Call me back!
