Case Study: As an HR Manager or Director, ensuring a safe and respectful workplace is of utmost importance. To address issues like bullying, discriminatory practices, sexual harassment, and other concerns that impact employee well-being and contradict business values, I would devise a comprehensive training plan that utilizes a combination of internal and external coaching methods. This plan would be designed to be implemented and assessed within the first year, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect within the organization.
