Problem

The textbook reading introduces the concept of metrics and the need to use measurable metrics to measure the product development process, but it does not go into significant detail on specific metrics to use for measuring the development process. Research the topic of metrics for measuring the development process. Identify three to five metrics that you consider most important for measuring the development process for your project's proposed technological innovation. Provide an explanation of each of the identified metrics, describe how the metric will be used within the development of your proposed technological innovation, and provide an explanation or justification for your selection of each of the identified metrics. When responding to your peers' postings compare and contrast the additional metrics that have been discussed.

Textbook: Strategic Management of Technological Innovation, Chapter 11.
