"You are dispatched to a call of shots fired in a residential neighborhood. Dispatch reports a female victim has been hit. Additionally, dispatch reports witnesses observed a group of males in a blue mid size van. (partial license plate 567Z) drive by the victim's residence, open fire and speed off. Minutes later, you arrive on scene and observe the victim lying on the ground in front of a residence. The victim is bleeding profusely from her lower left leg. Several family members are screaming and state they saw what happened.

You observe several shell casings on the ground and it appears several rounds hit the victim's residence. You also observe what appears to be security cameras mounted on the garage door of a residence across the street from the victim's residence. It also appears the suspect vehicle left tire tracks on part of the victim's front lawn."
