Topic: Vaccination of long-term care residents in Emma's neighbourhood located in Etobicoke The reason why vaccination among long-term residents is a problem in the Canadian healthcare system is that elderly residents in long-term care facilities face an elevated risk of severe complications and mortality from COVID-19. This is primarily due to their advanced age, pre-existing health issues, and reduced mobility. Additionally, they are particularly susceptible to the emergence of new variants of concern, which could potentially be more infectious or resistant to existing vaccines. The reason for choosing this topic is because two of our group members are working as personal support workers in long-term care facilities. Our research will help us have hands-on experience with the situation, and we can learn about the problems.

Question: Identify evidence and research-based solutions proposal to fix the issue is comprehensive, complete, and supported by the literature. The solutions are supported by relevant Canadian research from the past 5 years.
