One of property that under his list is Tuai residency in Setia Alam and the value of the property expected to reach RM600,000 per unit in 5 years. Currently, the market price of the property is RM410,000 and the required rate of return on similar investment is 4 percent. Based on the information above, identify either Zidane should invest in Tuai Residency or not.
