Identify Effective Team Leadership Styles

For this assignment, you are required to write a report about the appropriate leadership styles suitable for different generations including millennials and Gen Z generations. First, complete an online research to understand the characteristics, needs, and wants of both millennials and Gen Z generations, and then highlight the type of leadership styles that you find suitable for each type of generation.

In this report, you will address the following:

- Start with an introduction.

- Describe the Millennials and Gen Z generations, including their typical age, characteristics, attitudes, and behaviors.

- Recommend and explain the appropriate leadership style that fits work teams comprised of the Millennials generation on one hand, and Gen Z generation on the other.
