Once this disease-specific page opens, you will see an area called resources or shareable resources. From here, look for the pre-made resources, already prepared by the CDC, for health professionals to use when working with clients, patients, and the public to help people understand how to prevent better, treat, or manage their disease health condition topic. Please note these resources may also include media resources (videos and podcasts) that can be included in part two. Please do not include the same materials in parts one and two.

Review the materials you find.
In at least three paragraphs of writing, describe what you find the most valuable for your health condition, given what you have learned so far. Still, avoid personal pronouns. Instead of saying, "I like this because it addresses the most important preventive behaviors for cardiovascular disease," say, "This is an excellent resource because it addresses the most important preventive behaviors for cardiovascular disease."
