Scenario:

You work for Bounce fitness as a HR manager. Your task is to review performance of a Centre Manager. It was reported to you that the Centre Manager is not meeting their key performance indicators and you are required to discuss this with them and propose personal and professional development plan opportunities.

Task 5: Identify Development Needs

This task will require you to identify at least two development needs and provide feedback to the Centre Manager

5.1. Identify Development Needs

To complete this task, you must:

  • Access a copy of the Centre Manager's job description.
  • Assess their performance in line with the listed job requirements. (You are required to select at least 3 requirements as an example)
  • Complete the Performance Plan template provided to address these development needs. The plan must contain:
