This report addresses the relationship between corporate governance and corporate performance. As a means of illustrating this relationship, you are to conduct a critical analysis of the problems in corporate governance and ethics at Wells Fargo and identify how the principles of corporate governance and ethics failed.

Did anybody blow the whistle? What mechanisms are in place to protect whistle blowers and are these mechanisms sufficient to protect the various stakeholders?

Specific areas to be addressed are:
