4.2 Lack of adequate lesson planning.

4.3 Test and examination papers are not "balanced" as per levels of questions.

4.4 Poor literacy levels among Grade 6 learners.

4.5 School Based Assessment (SBAs) are not being applied as per Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (CAPS).

For each of the above curricular weakness, propose ideas on how these weaknesses can be addressed.
