In this part of the assessment, you will review actions taken in Parts 1 and 2 to implement and monitor safe work practices and generate a high-level report that summarises the actions and evaluates their effectiveness.

Task 1: Monitor and report on WHS practices

Access the following documents to be included in the report. These would have been completed v=by you in the earlier tasks of this assessment:

Completed WorkStation Self-Assessment Checklist for Cailey Hakimi
Completed Training Evaluation Form for Riley Russo
Completed WHS Register entry following up on the incident involving Ely Amiz
Using the template provided on the following page summarise the actions taken and evaluate their effectiveness using the report template that follows.

Your report must include the following. The report should be addressed to Cameron Hughes; WHS Representative and Manager

Use your own name in your role of Assistant WHS Officer

The body of the report should be Work Health and Safety Update and Evaluation

Referring to Cailey Hakimi's WorkStation Self-Assessment Checklist, describe how she is complying with safe work practices at her workstation and identify any required adjustments.
Referring to Riley Russo's Training Evaluation Form describe the effectiveness of the induction training provided to Riley and indicated if any adjustments are required.
Referring to the information in the WHS Register describe the effectiveness of the actions taken to reduce risks in the shared print room and indicate any adjustments that may be required.
Identify control measure inadequacies and provide recommendations
