Justin has been working at the local medical waste management company for many years. His company is piloting a new program that would benefit the health care community. Recently, he was assigned to the team that will be responsible for creating the new program. As Justin works with the team, he finds that there is a lot of diversity within the team members that may eventually affect the success of the project. Justin often wonders what type of collaboration will be considered to help work through some of the challenges the team is facing.
