Assessment Description

In this assessment, you will work in group and form a group of 4 members by week 1.
Select a digital organisation and conduct a research to identify the challenges that the leaders of this organization are facing while leading their people. You can use any credible secondary data source and use proper references to back up your findings. You are expected to apply relevant concepts and theories learned in this unit, and a minimum of 12 scholarly journal articles must be used in the group report.

Submission Requirements: A single Microsoft Word document within 3000 words and written in size 12 Arial Font
A minimum of twelve scholarly journal articles must be used in your report
You must submit your own work and use appropriate references in APA style
