Different types of final projects:

1- Research: means the systematic investigation as well as the study of sources or material or things so that the facts can be established or the conclusion can drawn.
2- Business Plan: is a written document that describes in detail how a business-usually a new one-is going to achieve its goals.
Students can choose one of those types for their final project. The following slides will discuss them in more details

In research mode, students will try to identify certain managerial problem or issue that interest them so they can study it in depth.

Research Purpose:

• Find a solution for a managerial problem or issue.
• Describe a managerial problem or issue.
• Improve or invent a managerial method or theory.

• Research Background
• Literature Review
• Research Problem, Objectives and Questions
• Data Gathering
• Data Analysis
• Findings & Recommendations.

Business Plan: is a written document that describes in detail how a business-usually a new one-is going to achieve its goals.

In business plan mode, students will develop a full business plan for their future business.

Business Plan structure:

• Introduction about the business
• Industry Analysis
• Strategic Concept (Vision, Mission, Goals, Objectes)
• Marketing Planning (competition, market penetration, Advertizing, etc)
• Financial Planning (capital, sales forecasting, cost forecasting, financial sources, etc.)
• Sales Planning
• Human Resources Planning.
• Maintaining & developing the business.
