You are given a yeast protein sequence in the lab that you have no information on its interacting partners.

You are asked to first, identify its interacting partners as a complex. There is no need for identification of binary interactions at this level.

Then you are asked to identify binary interactions in the complex.

In this process you are only relying in wet-lab experiments and no computational prediction tool is involved.

Please indicate your methodology for both steps and briefly explain how you would identify binary PPIs in yeast.
