Create a 5 to 10 minute video of yourself, as a presenter, in which you will propose an evidence-based plan to improve the outcomes for the Vila Health pediatric patient with new diagnosis of CF and examine how remote collaboration provided benefits or challenges to designing and delivering the care.
Scenario
This scenario is regarding a pediatric patient that has been newly diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. Coordinating remote care and caregiver education with the involvement of the parents and collaboration with various allied health providers such as primary care and respiratory therapists and social workers etc.
