First, review the case study of Bill throughout your Chapter 4 reading. Then, choose an ethnicity, culture, and/or religion, or a sexual orientation or gender identity, to focus on. Imagine Bill and/or his mother are of the ethnicity, culture, religion, or identity you have chosen. Examples include African American, European American, Asian, Hispanic, religious Christian, religious Jewish, religious Muslim, gay or lesbian, bisexual, or transgender, or another ethnicity, culture, religion, or identity of your choosing. Then, use the Unit 3 Assignment Template to write a 2 to 3 page essay about the case study.

Please addresses each of the following:

• Identify the ethnicity, culture, religion, sexual orientation, and/or identity you have chosen for Bill and/or his mother. Based on some of these aspects, what are your initial impressions of Bill and his mother's behavior? What are your first thoughts about the issue that Bill and his mother are struggling with? What personal conflicts do you have with Bill's mother or her boyfriend's behavior?

• Identify at least two aspects of the client's ethnicity, culture, religion, sexual orientation, and identity that needs to be considered when determining the underlying issue.
