A. Identify at least three significant technology providers with a strong presence in your selected region/country (headquarters, major manufacturing, R&D, etc.). They may provide any combination of software, hardware, telecom, or services directly tied to the information technology industry.

B. Ideally, the selected providers should have a significant large-scale presence, either through a globally distributed product/service or in the form of a very large domestic presence. For example, a large-scale telecom provider to only South America would be a good selection. However, if you have difficulty finding providers that have a global presence, then you may select those that service only the country or region you are researching.

C. For each organization identified, gather the following information about them:

a. Name of the organization

b. URL to their primary website

c. Ownership status (publicly traded, privately held, government-owned entity, non-profit/open-source, etc.)

d. Information on at least one specific location of operations (headquarters, manufacturing, support, etc.) within your selected region/country

e. General description of the organization's major business niche in the IT industry (cloud hosting, security software, telecom services, storage manufacturing, etc.)

f. Identified products/services offered by this organization (1-3 products)

g. If available, markets or industries primarily served (domestic only, global manufacturing, healthcare, etc.)

h. Other information (optional):

ii. Number of employees (approximate)
iii. When founded? / Years of operations
