This project requires you to complete the assessment tasks in a real workplace, or in an environment with conditions similar to that of a workplace.
You are required to:

Consult with organisational personnel relevant to each document to confirm the information and requirements gathered
Draft each document according to the information and requirements identified in each completed content overview

Amend drafts according to personnel's review

Task 1: Develop Content Overviews
This task will require you to develop at least three content overviews - one content overview each for at least three different workplace documents.
Use your organisation's templates to complete this task or use the Content Overview template provided at the Bounce Fitness site.
To complete this task, you must:

Discuss the cohesiveness of your information and whether the information gathered addresses each document's purpose and requirements
Use listening and questioning skills to ask about additional information

Task 3: Draft Each Document
This task will require you to develop drafts of each document you have chosen based on the information you have gathered and confirmed.
Use your workplace/organisation's template for each document you have chosen to complete this task or use the template for each document at the Bounce Fitness site.
To complete this task, you must:
Review and implement any changes suggested by each relevant personnel to each content overviews from Task 2
Gather information needed from identified sources to complete each draft document.
Develop drafts for each of your chosen documents.
Ensure that each of your draft is developed according to the information recorded in each rectified content overviews
This includes the following information:

Style guide requirements
Content outline
Task 4: Seek Feedback on Completed Drafts
To complete this task, you must:
Set a time to consult with the same personnel from Task 2 about revisions to be made to each of your draft documents.
Consultation method can include the following:
Face-to-face meeting
Email correspondence
Video call
During each consultation, discuss the content of each of your drafts. This includes:
Identifying gaps in the required information
Discussing additional material that you need to add to your draft
Identifying revisions to be implemented to your draft
Task 5: Rectify Draft Documents
This task will require you to rectify each of your draft documents to implement all the comments and feedback provided by each relevant personnel during your consultations from Task 4.
To complete this task, you must:
Review the results of each of your discussions from Task 4.
Access and gather any additional resources that you will need to include into your drafts based on your discussion from Task 4.
This can include:
Organisational documents containing information relevant to each document being developed
Printed or online sources relevant to the topic of each document
Notes from consultation with other individuals from the organisation about the topic of each document
Implement all comments from your consultations to each of your draft documents.
Review your draft documents and confirm that document purpose and requirements are met
Check your grammar, spelling and style in each of your documents for accuracy and punctuation
Task 6: Submit Draft Documents to Relevant Personnel for Approval
Your assessor will observe you as you meet with the same personnel who reviewed each of your draft documents in Task 4. For each draft document, you are to discuss your amendments and obtain each personnel's approval to proceed to finalise each of your completed drafts.
You will be assessed on your practical skills to:
Submit each draft document to the same relevant personnel from Task 4 for their review.
Each personnel must review your draft documents based on its completion and your implementation of their comments from Task 4.
Set a consultation with each of the relevant personnel to discuss their feedback on your draft documents.
During each of these meetings, you must:
Discuss the amendments you implemented to your draft documents
Confirm the draft document's compliance with the requirements discussed in Task 2
Follow accepted communication practices and protocols when seeking feedback and information from others
Use listening and questioning skills to seek confirmation of task completion
Obtain the personnel's approval, allowing you to proceed with finalising your draft document
