Your task
Individually, you are required to record a 10-minute video in which you are to create comprehensive and reliable project reporting, including analysis of problems, task allocations, feasibility, scenario modelling and project budgets by incorporating an accompanying set of PowerPoint slides
Assessment Instructions
Presume that you are working as a Project Manager consultant for the French Government, and you are to present a video presentation about the feasibility and ethical consequences associated with project risk-taking and evaluate project success utilising real-life case studies focused on the financial and overall risks associated with key stakeholders for the possible implementation of the Construction of an End to End Passenger experience in Paris for the 2024 Olympic games.
In your video, you are required to present the following:
Analyse and transmit the Project's context, objectives, deliverables and purpose.
Identify at least five stakeholders and present a rationale for their influence and interest in the project and the key risks for each of them.
Indicate the project's scope, key deliverables, milestones, success criteria and requirements.
Transmit a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with an accompanying schedule of at least twenty (20) tasks and their dependencies in a graphical visualisation or Gantt chart (you may use Excel or any fee PMS available).
Research, analyse and outline the budget based on cost estimates for each task and overall budget with methodologies, tools and techniques discussed from weeks 5 to 9.
Present a budget table using the phases and tasks indicated in the WBS.
Analyse and present your findings on the financial and ethical risks associated with the project.
Outline at least 3 funding mechanisms/organisations, their benefits, expectations and funding scheme.
When researching for your presentation, you must examine relevant primary and secondary sources that reinforce your findings' analysis. You must also incorporate theories and concepts of consumer behaviour discussed in weeks 1 and 7 into your analysis. Also, students are required to focus their research and presentation on the Project Management stages and are not to consider marketing, sales, and operations after the delivery of the project.
You must use at least eight (8) sources of information and reference these appropriately. These may include websites, social media sites, industry reports, census data, journal articles, and newspaper articles.

Implementation of an End-to-End
Passenger Experience for the 2024
Olympic Games in Paris: This option invites you to delve into the provided case study, leveraging its insights to envision a seamless journey for attendees.
Broad Analysis of the Paris Olympics:
For this option, steer clear of the previous case study from Assessment 1. Instead, focus on illuminating the key stakeholders and overarching costs/scheduling of the Paris Olympics. This option allows you to paint a comprehensive picture of the event's dynamics.
In-depth Examination of a Key
Organisation Involved in the End-to-End Planning Process: Whether it's Air France or another crucial player, this option prompts you to scrutinise their role in adapting to the demands of the Olympics.
Remember, while detailed budgets are appreciated, what matters most is the rationale behind your figures. Explain how you arrived at your budgetary decisions, without the need for complex mathematical equations. Additionally, ensure to touch upon the project lifecycle in some capacity to provide a holistic view.
