You are a social worker in a health care facility for older adults.

You want to start a program that will bring middle school children to visit your senior clients, believing that such interactions will be mutually beneficial. To pave the way for implementing the plan, you have already contacted school administrators and teachers to obtain their permission and support. You approach Kimberly, the other social worker in the facility, with this idea, but she responds with hesitation.
