Task: Interview result & an analysis

Take the raw results from your two face-to-face interviews (one with the principal, one with another staff person), and type up their exact responses to each of the 10 questions. First, present a short bio on each interviewee that describes their position, educational background, and work history.

Please present the interviews separately by interviewee. Then, you must identify any obvious themes or trends that are apparent, in a separate section at the end of the document. Pay special attention to how the two interviewees look at things the same way, or have inconsistent views or perspectives. Point this out.

Assignment must be three pages minimum, double-spaced. Please identify both interviewees, type up each individual question, and then document the two responses under each question. Then repeat for each question. You must identify any initial themes, trends, and potential change areas at the end of the assignment (these can be listed in bullet format). You'll get 5 points on the responses, and 8 points for assessing the themes or trends you see, and two (2) for bio's on the interviewees. The trends or themes, and potential change areas will be a major part of the next assignment-the organizational assessment.
