Your final course project is an evaluation of your chosen health disparity program that identifies and explains how to mitigate the health disparity you identified in your community. Expanding on the abbreviated content of your PowerPoint presentation (course project draft), and be sure to complete the following in your final paper:
• Identify the health disparity in your community and the proposed program to mitigate the disparity.
• Analyze factors that influence public health policy and regulations.
• Analyze policies, regulations, and stakeholders that may influence the proposed program.
• Evaluate how the proposed program will mitigate the health disparity.
• Recommend quality improvement processes as they apply to the program and strategies and to the identified health disparity in general.
Your project will be graded from the rubric. Refer to the Community Health Disparity Project scoring guide, and "write to the Distinguished column" in order to earn optimum points. Make sure to use spellcheck. The paper must be 13 pages double-spaced, not including the cover page and references.

Community Health Disparity
For the final project, you will identify a health disparity in your community or geographic region and determine a program that could be implemented to mitigate the disparity, including an evaluation and a recommendation for a quality improvement process.
Project Objectives

2. Analyze public policies and stakeholders that may affect or influence the planned program and evaluation of the health disparity.

4. Create continual quality improvement strategies for a public health program and its related policies and interventions.
5. Evaluate a public health program and its strategies to mitigate health disparities in a community.
6. Demonstrate graduate academic writing skills.
