Identify and create a graphic of major competitors, identifying market share/products to show competition in the industry.

Complete a Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM), using at 12 factorsand three (3) competitors, including your company (your company + two more companies).

Provide written analytical comments on matrix results and cite sources in the APA format. Please submit CPM in excel and place in your Appendix (located after the References).

Create a market positioning map (MPM) with your firm and at least its two (2) major competitors. Discuss the consumer perception of the companies' products, services, and marketing strategies.
