Your task is to identify an unique publicly traded company that has outstanding bonds as well as publicly traded stock. The bonds must have at least 5 years remaining to maturity. The stock should have been traded and paying dividends for at least 5 years. List your company's name, ticker symbol, bond information and provide a brief description of the company's business.
