Question: Four this paper, you need to identify an organization and a problem for which you will be developing a research proposal. You will need to get your project idea approved by instructor. You will not need to actually do the research, but your paper will outline the following:

Justification for why your research is necessary (at least one page);
Createe your own research questions;
What you expect to find;
Desired implementation approach (survey? content analysis?)
If it is a survey, include 10 questions you will ask (this is related to assignment 3);
Provide expected findings and implications of your research plan
The paper should be three pages min (double spacing, 12 pt font). Due by Week 6.
