Instructions: In pairs, students are required to make a small group presentation to the class that addresses the following questions.

  1. Using examples, explain how you identify an organisation's standards and values, and explain how these translate to expectations and behaviour.
  2. Provide examples of behaviours and performance that would typically be considered damaging to an organisation and describe options available to prevent such behaviour.
  3. Outline a leader's role in demonstrating organisational values and expectations of behaviour.
  4. Describe the things a leader can do maintain organisational values, including such things as role modelling integrity and credibility.

Your presentation must be accompanied with PowerPoint slides.

You must work in pairs.  Conducting the activity on your own is not acceptable.
