Identify an example of ethical dilemma in nursing. The example can be a professional example (experienced in the workplace or community) or an example that you have read about. An example of an ethical dilemma can be located by reviewing local, state, and national articles, reports, or news reporting.

1. Include the definition of the principle,

2. How the principle was demonstrated (success or area of opportunity) within the selected dilemma.

3. Include examples of ethical principles: autonomy, nonmaleficence, beneficence, justice, fidelity, confidentiality, veracity, and accountability.

4. Discuss the role of nursing and organizational ethics in the workplace.

5. Analyze personal morals and values and how they impact nursing practice and leadership. Provide an introduction and conclusion paragraph.
