Question 1: Identify an ethical dilemma you can expect to face in your career. For example, if you aspire to be a human resources manager, you might expect to be in a position to have to choose to layoff one of several hard-working employees due to a downturn in your business. To further complicate things, one or more of the employees might be in a protected class of minorities. How will you decide whom to fire? Step 2: Question 2: Write a brief scenario, similar to the ones in the book, that lays out the dilemma. Try to make it a complex scenario that will force you to weigh several competing values and interests. Describe the case in detail so that the reader can get a good grasp of the parties and issues involved.
