Scenario:

You work for a company with 2000 employees and offices in Toronto(Canada), Dublin (Ireland), Johannesburg (South Africa), Dubai (United Arab Emirates), and Bangalore (India).

All of the employees need to use the same applications(Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel) and enter data into an application that uses an Oracle database, which needs to be stored in production sites (Toronto, Dubai, Bangalore).

Problem:

Currently, there are only 1000 PCs, 50 printers, and not enough licensed applications. Furthermore, it takes 10 minutes for users to update one entry. There are also power outages almost every week that result in data corruption.

What is needed:
