SMART Goals
As we learned in chapter 1, using the "SMART" criteria can be a useful tool when setting goals for behavior change. As such, it is recommended one use the SMART mnemonic to help make steady progress and have a greater likelihood of adherence.
Instructions: Identify a target behavior that corresponds with environmental wellness (e.g., recycle more, decrease carbon footprint, etc.) and create a SMART goal based on the target behavior. Write out the corresponding word next to the given letter.Using complete sentences, write out the steps that will be taken with the respective letter of the mnemonic that will help reach the target behavior.
Posit three logical arguments for the existence of God. What is your personal response to this logic and Define and contrast grace and karma.
