A topic I chose is the employment and labor relations. I see a lot of issues in the world with the hiring process and how much the pay and long-term resources are. To explore this topic, I will be researching other people's experiences with the hiring system and long term benefits in the HR side of things. I will see how other people compare the issue with each other and see if I can figure out a similarity between the two and how to fix the issue.
