3. Evaluate the claim or product for its reliability using Chapter 1 of your textbook, section heading 1.6 Evaluating Nutrition Claims and Products Steps 1-5.

4. Written response to each of the steps (Steps 1-5), along with a conclusion on whether or not you feel the claim, diet, or product is reliable, based on scientific evidence, or not, and explain your rationale. Include a photo of the nutrient claim or product that you evaluated.
