Develop a Marketing Strategy for two new Hotel/Resort chains: One that targets Baby Boomers and a second that targets the Millennial Generation. You are to prepare a PowerPoint Presentation with the following information:

I. Identify a name for each of your hotel/resort chains.

II. Product: Describe how the hotel will appeal to each assigned Generational Cohort. What amenities will be offered? What are the accommodations like? What activities will be available? Think about the psychological influences on consumer behavior with respect to your targeted consumer. How do these come into play with respect to their purchasing behavior and the product that you are offering?
