Just looking for an outline for a ten-page paper with ideas to help get started. Perhaps some journal resource ideas.
1. Identify a lingering organizational problem that impacts effectiveness, e.g., employees upset over anticipated change, performance evaluations being over-inflated, unethical practices, leadership not considering personal choices in the decision-making process.
a. Apply Organizational Behavior concepts to an organization to improve the effectiveness as a new in-house research consultant.
2. Develop a plan to address the problem.
3. Identify reasons why you feel the problem occurred.
4. Label reasons you feel the problem is persistent.
5. Develop a means to overcome the problem.
6. Integrate a long-term plan to ensure this problem does not happen again or at least mitigated.
