Assignment Task:
In this part of the ASSIGNMENT, you are asked to produce an account of your learning in the first six weeks of the semester. In doing so you should consider your experience on this module, the feedback you have received and your own reflection on the outcome of the formative assignment.
Your academic essay should discuss the following points:
What have you learned so far in this module? Please clearly show the knowledge you gained in the lectures/seminars and by studying the literature recommended by comparing traditional and contemporary approaches of management.
How has the feedback you have received about your work helped you identify 1) what you are good at and 2) areas of your work that need improvement?
What do you want to do next? - Identify one of the areas of your work that need improvement and outline 2 or 3 ideas for development.

Assignment task:
1. You could visit the Museum of London with your group (3-4 students) or click here or the link below to choose your ‘historical person' from the Museum of London's catalogue of Historical Persons. If you know of any person in history you would like to learn about, you are welcome to choose such a person, but it must be agreed with your team.
2. Go to the web page of the Museum of London
3. Chose the filter ‘People' so see some interesting personalities and start your research here (you will need to consider other resources as well).
4. Identify a historical person at the Museum of London you find interesting and research its history.
5. Link the actions to the CVF: What actions has this person engaged in that show behaviours related to the four approaches?
In your individual assignment
1. Based on the presentation in week 21, write a report that reflects on your group work using teamwork and motivational theories.
2. Based on the information you gathered about your own actions, how would you describe yourself using the CVF's Action Imperatives discussed in week 9?
