1. Identify a company or organization that you either work for, have worked for or have first- hand knowledge of.

2. Identify a specific issue or problem that is having a negative impact on the organization's effectiveness. Effectiveness can be either monetary, production, or employee relations related. Include specifics about the current state of the organization and how this particular issue is impacting the company.

3. Using the nine key principles for effective practice (p. 9), you will list each practice and provide details for your organization that link to each of these key principles for effective practice.

4. Propose a training program that would address this particular problem. Your proposal should include, but not be limited to:

a. Who should attend the training
b. Who should lead the training (provide their title)
c. After the training is concluded, how you will incorporate a coaching program to ensure the effectiveness of the training
d. Based on the techniques studied so far in this course, which techniques and approaches will you use and why?

This Assignment will require you to use your Readings from this week and at least two academically credible sources.

The Assignment should be 4-5 pages in length and be APA compliant.
