The purpose of this activity is to help your group to identify a communication style questionnaire/survey from a reliable source.
1. Each member of the group is required to suggest a survey to use and then the group must choose (negotiate) which one will be used by all group members.
2. You are then required to complete the questionnaire/survey and post the results into your groups' discussion forum in Blackboard along with a brief summary (up to 250 word)) of what these results mean for you in your role as a manager (now or in the future).
3. Be sure to comment on each other's posts a (using 100-200 words) and build a discussion.
4. Finally, you need to share with your group the dos and don'ts when it comes to communicating with you. Include these in your group discussion forum.
As you complete this activity, take note of how you communicate, negotiate and resolve conflicts within your group. This may be useful for your written report in Assessment 1.
