Everyday events, either local or global can have an impact on these anchors. Understanding the potential impact of an event/events allows an individual/organization to respond pro-actively enabling them to be more prepared and ready to respond successfully.

-Summarize the event, providing the important details.

-Identify a clear connection between the event(s) to your knowledge of OB Theory. Ensure you provide a definition/description of the OB concepts to provide clear context for the reader. (Do Not just name the concepts - you must explain them in some detail)
