There is nothing more frustrated than a broken process. Identify a broken process that is currently causing you pain. The process can be a college process, checking out in the store process, Internet-order process, return merchandise process, etc. Choose one process and reengineer it. You should diagram the "As-Is" process (the broken one) and then diagram the "To-Be" process (the proposed fix) (Baltzan, 2017).
