You own a small RTO that employs 5 staff. As the owner you manage all finance, marketing and HR matters.

It has come to your attention that one of your staff has been coming into work after lunch smelling of alcohol and slurring his words. You've spoken to the staff member twice about the incident but both times they strongly deny they've been drinking on the job.

You're concerned that this is becoming a regular occurrence.
