The issues presented (Slide 5) do not identify the issues needing to be addressed. The first bullet says how many stores they have. The related outcome on Slide 6 says that you recommend they adopt online channels. You need to say that in Slide 5 as issues and outcomes must be related and explicitly stated. What would you call bullet number 2? You mention sales, turnover, and only having stores in North America. If you want them to expand internationally to increase market share, you delve deeply into how senior leadership can approach that goal. Keep in mind that you will have to design means of attaining this goal. Again, you need to explicitly state what you are recommending for the outcomes.
Develops a well-thought-out system and approach to making the changes outlined, including a plan to monitor the changes you put in place
There is no plan to monitor the changes. Monitoring is what keeps everything on track and is an essential element of every Change Management Plan.
Provides a review of the literature about the issues (both primary and secondary sources)
Discusses what the outcomes will be, including a plan to monitor the changes you put in place
Supports results by presenting the strategies that will change and why this will be a positive direction for the company
