• Primary activities of the business are clearly correctly identified using Value Chain Analysis

• Process model is presented that contains all appropriate activities required for ONE key primary activity

• Process model must be syntactically correct using BPMN in the database interaction layout

• Process model must contain at least 10 activities and captures the logic of the business process fully (i.e. contingencies and alternative pathways must be clearly specified)

• Accompanying narrative clearly describes the entire process, including the sequence of activities, alternative process paths and data flows.

• Database interactions mapped in the process model should be supported by the ER diagram of the preceding section
