Having completed the PLU grid, your team has identified the top three to four key stakeholders. Your next step is to write a report to the interim chief communication officer explaining each key stakeholder’s rankings with regard to their Power, Legitimacy, and Urgency. In addition, you will create for each a short-term messaging strategy and a longer-term strategy for when the immediate crisis is resolved. You are writing a report to the CCO that he can use to craft his actual messages. A concise, clear, and cogent analysis of each stakeholder and a general strategy will be most helpful to him. Remember to use appropriate format, style, design, and organization to demonstrate proficiency.
